Delivery Time and Tracking

We understand the importance of receiving your orders promptly and make it our priority to get your orders to you as soon as possible, all orders are shipped and are estimated to be delivered within 6 to 8 business days, we track every shipment to ensure it reaches its destination on time and work with reliable partners to ensure timely delivery. During festive and harsh weather conditions, delivery timelines may vary and delays are to be expected due to high volume of orders and deliveries made, we request our valued customers to be patient during such instances as orders may take longer than usual to arrive at your location.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email on your order details and will also be notified subsequently during its shipping process along with the tracking number. Please check your junk/spam folders in your mail box in case you do not get any confirmations.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, refunded or edited after 24hrs, as each design is made to order for the customers requirements.

Return Policy

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

Please note that each work of art is made on order and for the customers selected size with a lot of effort and passion, refunds on orders once placed will only be entertained within 24hrs of placing the order. Returns are accepted for cases where there is a clear damage or defect on the product at the time of delivery, a replacement will be sent in such cases.

Incase of non-availability of reverse pick-up facility in your area, you will need to self-ship the purchased item in original packing to the address provided once the return is approved.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging and can be sent to us once we have approved the return. Once your return is approved, we’ll e-mail you a return shipping label along with the necessary instructions on where to send your package.
